What data we collect

Data you provide directly: Name, email, password (hashed), project data, billing information processed by Stripe, and profile preferences.

Data collected automatically: Aggregate usage analytics, browser/OS info for compatibility, and server logs retained for 30 days.

What we do NOT collect: We do not sell personal data for advertising, use tracking pixels, or read the content of messages exchanged between freelancers and clients.

How we use your data

• Providing the service — contract performance
• Processing payments via Stripe — contract performance
• Sending transactional emails — contract performance
• Improving the product via aggregate analytics — legitimate interest
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data sharing

We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (auth and database, if configured), and Anthropic (AI summaries, when enabled). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data retention

• Active accounts: retained for the duration of your subscription.
• Deleted accounts: personal data purged within 30 days.
• Billing records: retained for 7 years for accounting compliance.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or objection to processing. Email info@help-estudio.es — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies. No marketing or tracking cookies. Disabling cookies prevents login.

Security

We use TLS encryption in transit and bcrypt password hashing. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 (13 in the United States). Contact us to delete any minor's account immediately.

By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms. The service is operated by HELP DOS PUNTO CERO SLU ("Company").

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; upload defamatory or infringing content; reverse-engineer the service; use automated scrapers without written consent; or resell access without permission.

Subscription and billing

• Free plan: limited to 1 active project. No card required.
• Paid plans: billed monthly or annually. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before renewal date from Settings → Billing.
• Refunds: pro-rated refund for annual plans cancelled within 14 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
• Price changes: 30 days' notice minimum.

Your content

You retain ownership of all project data. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to provide the service.

Client pages

Anyone with a public link can view the progress information you choose to display. You are solely responsible for its accuracy and for revoking links when appropriate.

AI features

When AI summaries are enabled, project data is sent to Anthropic's API. Summaries are auto-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Review them before your clients read them.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.

Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
